Installed Plugins

Plugins are mainly user-contributed add-ons that enhance and extend TWiki features and capabilities. A limited number of plugins are included in the core TWiki distribution - and any of those can be removed - while the rest are optional, available from TWiki:Plugins.PluginPackage.

Here is a list of the plugins currently installed and enabled on this TWiki site:

• TopicTranslationsPlugin (Dakar, 11565): Manages a topic's translations into several languages.
• AttachmentListPlugin (1.2.4, $Rev: 16449 (24 Feb 2008) $): Displays a formattable list of topic attachments, anywhere in a topic.
• BibliographyPlugin (Dakar, $Rev: 12445$): cite bibliography in one topic and get a references list automatically created.
• CalendarPlugin (Dakar, 9113): Show a monthly calendar with highlighted events
• CommentPlugin (TWiki-4, $Rev: 15776 (22 Jan 2008) $): Allows users to quickly post comments to a page without an edit/preview/save cycle
• EditTablePlugin (4.7.10, $Rev: 16239 (22 Jan 2008) $): Edit TWiki tables using edit fields, date pickers and drop down boxes
• FlowchartPlugin (Dakar, $Rev: 13786 (18 May 2007) $): Bilds a flowchart from information on the topic
• ForEachPlugin (1.000): Loop over successive elements of a list, or a range of numbers.
• ImageGalleryPlugin (3.61, $Rev: 15576 (13 Nov 2007) $): Displays image gallery with auto-generated thumbnails from attachments
• InterwikiPlugin (Dakar, $Rev: 14913 (17 Sep 2007) $): Link ExternalSite:Page text to external sites based on aliases defined in a rules topic
• LinkOptionsPlugin (Dakar, 11207): Extends the "Forced Specific Links" syntax [[URL or TopicName][Link Text][Options]]
• MasonPlugin (0.9): Allows to embed calls to Mason components within topics.
• PreferencesPlugin (TWiki-4.2, $Rev: 15487 (22 Jan 2008) $): Allows editing of preferences using fields predefined in a form
• SlideShowPlugin (Any TWiki, $Rev: 15091 (22 Jan 2008) $): Create web based presentations based on topics with headings.
• SlidyPlugin (Dakar, $Rev: 9918$): Create web based presentations based on topics with headings; operate presentation like an ordinary PowerPoint presentation.
• SmiliesPlugin (Dakar, $Rev: 16049 (22 Jan 2008) $): Render smilies as icons, like for  :-) or for  :eek:
• SpreadSheetPlugin (any TWiki, $Rev: 16273 (22 Jan 2008) $): Add spreadsheet calculation like "$SUM( $ABOVE() )" to TWiki tables and other topic text
• TablePlugin (1.032, $Rev: 16182 (22 Jan 2008) $): Control attributes of tables and sorting of table columns
• TagMePlugin (TWiki 4, 1.046): Tag wiki content collectively to find content by keywords
• TinyMCEPlugin (TWiki-4, $Rev: 16268 (22 Jan 2008) $): Integration of TinyMCE? with WysiwygPlugin
• TreePlugin (1.6): Dynamic generation of TWiki topic trees
• TwistyPlugin (1.4.9, $Rev: 15653 (19 Nov 2007) $): Twisty section JavaScript library to open/close content dynamically
• WysiwygPlugin (TWiki-4.2, $Rev: 16174 (22 Jan 2008) $): Translator framework for Wysiwyg editors

Administrators can enable and disable plugins using configure.
